Fees are in Euros and include 10% French VAT.

The registration fees include:  

• Entrance to all sessions in Campus Jussieu
• All conference materials (pass, programme, etc.)
• Coffee breaks and lunches on site
• Please note that the Social event and conference dinner on Thurday 25^th September is an extra option and is not included

 
 

CANCELLATION FEES

 

• Cancellation until 25^th July, 2025: no penalty
• Cancellation from 26^th July to 25^th August, 2025: 50% fees are due
• Cancellation after 25^th August, 2025: 100% fees are due

PHOTOGRAPHY

As in-person participants of the Symposium, the registered delegates authorize the organizers to use any photograph or video taken during the congress and to make it available on the congress website ; to the express exclusion of operations outside the context of the communication activities related to the event, and any use likely to damage reputation or any other medium of pornographic, racist, xenophobic character or any other prejudicial exploitation.
