    Until 31st July 2025    		 Normal Rate
    After 31st July 2025
    Medical doctors and researchers € 260.00 € 300.00
    Other professionals (nurses, social worker, transition coordinator...), students, patients associations € 250.00
    Social event and conference dinner on 25th Sept. € 70.00
    Fees are in Euros and include 10% French VAT.

    The registration fees include:      
    • Entrance to all sessions in Campus Jussieu
    • All conference materials (pass, programme, etc.)
    • Coffee breaks and lunches on site
    • Please note that the Social event and conference dinner on Thurday 25th September is an extra option and is not included
     
     

    CANCELLATION FEES

     
    • Cancellation until 25th July, 2025: no penalty
    • Cancellation from 26th July to 25th August, 2025: 50% fees are due
    • Cancellation after 25th August, 2025: 100% fees are due
